Processing time varies depending on the service selected. Processing time does not include the shipping period.

• Custom Wigs - 14 Business Days

• Ready to Ship Wigs and Bundles - 1-2 Business Days

After the processing period is over. All wigs are shipped using USPS. This shipping takes 5-7 Business Days for US Residents and 6-10 Business Days for international Orders.

There's a no return policy on all wigs and bundles.

Exchanges are only accepted FOR BUNDLES within 4 days of receiving them. Bundles must be unaltered and still in original packaging.

THERE IS NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY ON WIGS.

Cancellations are only accepted on Orders that have not been shipped.

NO CANCELLATIONS ON CUSTOM WIG ORDERS.

If you need to cancel an order you haven 24hrs of your original purchase date to notify us.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS, REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. ONCE WIGS AND BUNDLES HAVE BEEN SHIPPED THERE IS NO REFUND.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. please check with shipping carrier for lost or stolen packages.

• If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office. (You must contact USPS to do this)
